Job Title: Material Coordinator

Shift:

+ 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

+ 4x10 schedule | Overtime available

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team. This role supports construction and modular assembly operations by managing materials and inventory while ensuring efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload materials safely

+ Operate basic tools and equipment

+ Perform physical tasks such as lifting and hauling materials

+ Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

+ Conduct cycle counting and inventory management

+ Pull inventory for assembly

+ Utilize ERP systems for tracking

Required Skills

+ Experience with power tools and hand tools

+ Familiarity with construction and cleaning processes

+ Ability to haul materials efficiently

+ Strong attention to detail

+ 1+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse, or logistics

+ Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

+ Understanding of supply chain and shipping/receiving procedures

+ Ability to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment

+ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
