Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our recruitment and human resources efforts, focusing on administrative tasks and candidate interactions. Responsibilities:

• Review and organize resumes submitted for job openings, ensuring thorough documentation and tracking.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.

• Coordinate interview schedules by communicating with candidates and internal team members.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR information system.

• Assist in onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating trainings.

• Provide support for employee benefits administration and related inquiries.

• Collaborate with the HR team on various administrative tasks to streamline operations.

• Facilitate clear and precise communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to improving recruitment workflows by identifying areas for efficiency.

Requirements • A strong interest in human resources or talent acquisition.

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or a related field; internships or volunteer roles are highly valued.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in managing schedules and coordinating interviews.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic administrative tools.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
