Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will excel at providing actionable insights and supporting organizational leaders with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate financial performance and analyze variances against previous periods, budgets, and projections.

• Collaborate on the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting processes.

• Assist in preparing comprehensive monthly operational review reports.

• Offer financial insights and support to leaders across various business functions.

• Perform ad hoc analyses to address urgent financial questions and provide timely solutions.

• Develop and refine financial models to enhance decision-making processes.

• Utilize data mining techniques to uncover trends and improve financial strategies.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through detailed validation and review.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with broader organizational objectives. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, including variance and performance evaluation.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

• Strong skills in conducting ad hoc financial analysis and delivering actionable insights.

• Familiarity with data mining methods to optimize financial strategies.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
