Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and driving profitability for national accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and provide insightful variance analysis to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, commission checks, and profitability analyses for national accounts.

• Coordinate and reconcile inter-company commission transactions to ensure accuracy.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews and deliver timely, detailed reports.

• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for clients.

• Create ad-hoc reports based on client requests and analyze data to optimize profitability.

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast preparation for assigned accounts.

• Investigate and explain variances between actual results and budgets or forecasts.

• Ensure proper client setup to minimize reporting errors and order adjustments.

• Validate account profit and loss data to align with organizational profitability metrics. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

• Knowledge of reporting tools like Business Objects or Access is beneficial.
