    The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Midwest region. This role involves managing 5–7 sales representatives, driving new business, and helping develop and strengthen our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

    Compensation

    + Competitive Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000+

    + Bonus Program: Performance-based bonuses tied to team and individual growth

    + Additional Rewards: Special incentives for new customer acquisition and hitting key milestones

    + Develops and executes regional sales strategies to meet revenue goals

    + Coaches, mentors, and motivates a team of 5–7 sales representatives

    + Builds strong relationships with key accounts and prospects

    + Analyzes market trends and identifies growth opportunities

    + Maintains a positive attitude and manages multiple priorities with ease

    + Has strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals

    + Is a proactive leader who seeks continuous improvement

    + Resides in the Midwest region
