    What You Will Do:

    + Assist customers through the full automotive sales process, from vehicle selection to purchase

    + Conduct test drives and provide product knowledge

    + Follow up with sales leads and maintain communication with current customers

    + Represent Volkswagen of New Port Richey in a polished and professional manner

    + Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

    + Work in a supportive, team-focused environment

    Who We Are Looking For:

    + Previous sales or customer service experience required

    + Automotive dealership sales experience strongly preferred

    + Strong computer and CRM skills

    + Professional appearance and demeanor

    + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    + Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

    + Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
