    Position Overview:Analysts will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis of various data sources to identify, develop, and initiate investigative leads in support of the program’s mission objectives. This work will focus on collecting, evaluating, and synthesizing information from social media, open-source, commercial, and law enforcement databases to support ongoing targeting and enforcement operations. Analysts will ensure that all information gathered is accurate, relevant, and timely to assist government personnel in decision-making and mission execution.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct research and analysis of social media, open-source, and commercial data to identify trends, associations, and potential investigative leads.

    + Compile, evaluate, and organize data from multiple systems and sources to support targeting and enforcement efforts.

    + Produce written summaries, reports, and assessments in accordance with established policies and procedures.

    + Support case development through continuous monitoring, verification, and refinement of collected data.

    + Coordinate findings with senior analysts and site leads to ensure alignment with mission objectives.

    + Maintain strict adherence to all security, privacy, and data handling standards.

    + Utilize analytical tools and databases to perform data-driven assessments in support of enforcement priorities.

    Qualifications

    Candidates must meet one of the following minimum education and experience requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher and one (1) year of experience conducting social media and open-source research, targeting, and analysis; or

    + Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience conducting social media and open-source research, targeting, and analysis; or

    + High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience conducting social media and open-source research, targeting, and analysis.

    Additional Requirements:

    + Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

    + Familiarity with open-source and social media exploitation tools preferred.

    + Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
