    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as an Account Sales Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective the delivery partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships, drive sales, and contribute to a growing program.

    Responsibilities

    + Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective delivery partners.

    + Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of the program.

    + Guide partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the program.

    + Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.

    + Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.

    + Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

    + Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.

    + Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Salesforce experience preferred.

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

    Work Environment

    This is an in-office position located in Austin, operating Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The role offers the potential for career advancement, with eligibility to transfer to the Outbound Sales team after three months based on performance, which includes the opportunity to earn commission. The position is a long-term contract with the potential to convert into a Blue Badge (Full-Time Employee) based on performance.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
