Your role at Clorox:
The Home Depot is the world’s largest home improvement retailer with stores in all 50 states, Canada, and Mexico, and as a leading-edge strategic retailer, offers Clorox a unique and incremental opportunity to service the DYI and Pro/Small Business Owner shopper. You will join a collaborative team to help drive growth across the entire portfolio that offers sales, omni and retail experiences. Clorox is looking for a Region Sales Manager to partner with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to help develop and execute our business plans. The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with the customer, help enhance the online experience, turn data into insights and deliver outstanding in-store execution.

In this role, you will:
+ Develop and execute business plans that meet/exceed sales, profit, share, and trade efficiency targets for Brita and Liquid Plumr.
+ Coordination of merch plans and objectives across the HHW channel. Owner of Plans and syncronization of key initiatives across all of the HHW teams.
+ Help develop and execute our Pro/Small Business Owner assortment strategy in-store and online – works directly with sales planning, Clorox NAM, and HD merchants (Specific to Home Depot and Lowes)
+ Lead key initiatives through the SSA group on HHW.
+ Drive key KPI meetings across Clorox teams as well as lead and streamline connected customer planning.

What we look for:
+ 5+ years of CPG experience
+ Analytically minded people and meticulous
+ Intellectual curiosity to seek the why and how beyond the WHAT
+ Customer facing experience; Home Depot experience is beneficial.
+ Proficient on key Clorox/Sales analytical tools
+ Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Power BI
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience concisely.
+ Ability to work independently and within a team.
+ Consultative/Solution selling.
+ Category Business Planning and Insights
+ Preferably based in the Atlanta market

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
•Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900
•Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900
•Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
