    Your role at Clorox:

    Clorox is seeking an experienced and talented Scum Master to join our Enterprise Security and Infrastructure team! As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled technical and business resources. Your role will involve guiding, coaching, and motivating the team to enhance productivity and ensure the delivery of robust security and infrastructure solutions. We are looking for someone passionate about Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban, and dedicated to teamwork, collaboration, and quality.

    In this role, you will:

    + Responsible for coordinating and managing Secure Networking scrum teams.

    + Hold appropriate ceremonies such as daily standups, iteration planning, A&I retrospectives, etc.

    + Manage resource capacity planning and velocity

    + The ability to assist the team by removing impediments so that the team's progress can continue

    + Ensures all practices, dialogues, and events do not negatively impact the project team's motivation

    + Lead PI Planning in making sure the team-level user story captures the required story statement, story points, and acceptance criteria.

    + Ensures the integrity and proactive transparency of the project team's work items

    + Validates the user story goes through the software development life cycle and correct statuses

    + Facilitates, enforces, and defends the project team's delivery through time-boxed sprint

    What we look for:

    + 5+ years of formal project management experience managing various types of IT projects (e.g., discovery, software development, infrastructure, capital, business intelligence), IT programs, and familiarity with working in a Project Management Office.

    + 3+ years in IT or professional services with IT and Security delivery experience is highly desired.

    + 3+ years of experience with Kanban for a software development team. (required)

    + Experience with Agile Lifecycle Tools; Jira experience is required.

    + Experience working with various projects and portfolio management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Office including Project, SharePoint, and Visio, ServiceNow, PPM, Agile/Kanban methods).

    + Proven track record of successfully managing diverse project teams (e.g., outsourced, multi-vendor, or geographically distributed).

    + Extensive project management and IT/Security industry experience.

    + Experience managing large, complex projects in multinational/multicultural environments with multiple stakeholders.

    + Demonstrated leadership in managing project stakeholder teams from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

    + Familiarity with key methodologies such as ITIL, SDLC, PMBOK, and PRINCE2.

    + Experience as a Kanban Team Lead in a time-critical, milestone-driven enterprise environment.

    + Certified Kanban Management Professional (KMP) or equivalent.

    + Proven experience using sophisticated PPM tools and advanced user skills in project management. Preferred experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) transformation.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

     

    •Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900

    •Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900

    •Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800

    This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
