About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to our Executive Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and enjoys helping leaders operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide daily administrative support to executive leadership.
+ Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and presentations.
+ Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and supporting departmental initiatives.
+ Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
+ Gather information from team members and summarize progress for leadership.
+ Support data entry, basic research, and preparation of executive summaries.
+ Perform general administrative duties to enhance department workflows and productivity.
+ Help manage task lists and ensure deadlines are not overlooked.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
+ An understanding of (or experience in) administrative, executive support, or office coordination roles.
+ Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, effectively.
+ High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
+ Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Description
