    PURPOSE:

    We are seeking a Senior engineer to automate, administer and support SharePoint, Power Platform to eliminate manual efforts and improve team process modern automated way to modernize process. The ideal candidate will perform complex analysis, design, develops/codes, tests, and documents critical and complex application programs for computer system troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to process-driven projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills, SDLC knowledge, AI awareness, and a proactive approach to optimizing collaboration on process improvement and governance solutions.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    + Perform technical detail design, coding, testing of applications. Serves as subject matter expert for related to creating, maintaining and enhancing existing process compliance and governance related solutions. Develop and/or analyze interface design documentation. Comply with software systems standards and procedures. Deliver enterprise solutions for organization. Comply with code quality, cloud, dev/ops/security standards and policies.

    + Owns the technical products and technology roadmap for process governance and compliance products. Develops software solutions for enterprise environments and other technologies. Analyzes and implements functional and non-functional (e.g. performance, availability) requirements and designs, implements, and tests software. Performs operations & maintenance (O&M) of existing systems. Identifies areas for improvement and streamlining. Demonstrated experience with front-end and back-end programing and integration frameworks and tools.

    + Mature the PMLC/SDLC to provide established and defined processes via automation. Automates, designs, implements and maintains system-wide Audit program (including Process asset library review automation, Audit workflow automation, Process change management implementation etc.). Act as a mentor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology stack used for tools/solutions. Build automated analytics dashboard and provide insight to leadership.

    + Provides risk assessment services that are designed to add value and are consistent with the corporate mission and vision. Lead reviews, walkthroughs, assessments, and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes/procedures in the ITIL practices. Lead projects, workgroups, including those from senior leadership. Monitor and track quality action items and/or quality issues through resolution. Provide guidance to the products and platform teams to help ensure deliverable products fulfill contractual requirements, satisfy the customer and internal project standards, and meet the internal and industry standards for quality.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

    Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    **Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

    **Experience:** 5 years experience with software development, basic coding and compilation, software architecture/design, user requirements definition and software specification development.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

    + Ability to communicate technical requirements to all levels of expertise.

    + Proficient in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.

    + Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

    + Proficient with integrating complex and/or existing systems.

    + Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. VB, .net, JavaScript, C, Python, etc.).

    + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

    + Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure).

    + Knowledge of database technologies (e.g. cloud, SQL, Oracle, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL, etc.).

    + Fundamental knowledge of software engineers? best practices, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Agile, SAFe, Product Management, Gen AI.

    + Knowledge of test-first practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD) for unit tests and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) for automated acceptance tests.

    + Strong experience with Deployment/Continuous Integration/ Continuous Testing/ Continuous Delivery processes and tools and have expertise in CI/CD tools and framework.

    + Knowledge of Code quality and promotion practices.

     

    Salary Range: $96,552 - $191,763
