Available Shifts Highland: * Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM | $23.00 per hour * Mid-Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM | $24.00 per hour (stackable with morning shift) - 7 DAYS A WEEK * Evening Shift: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | $23.00 per hour - 7 DAYS A WEEK Other Available Shifts in Howard County: * Columbia: Monday and Wednesday 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM | $50.00 per visit * Laurel: Monday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Wednesday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM | $18.00 per hour * Laurel: Monday and Wednesday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM | $18.00 per hour More shifts available - ask about current openings during your interview. Caregiver Benefits * Flexible Hours * Paid Weekly * Paid Sick Leave * Holiday Pay * Health Benefits * Dental * Vision * 401K with Match * Tuition Reimbursement/Scholarships * Learning and Development opportunities * Mileage reimbursement * Travel Time compensation * 24/7 Support with Clients * Bonus Programs (Referral, Positive Reviews, Client Recognition) Job Responsibilities * Activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing) * Light housekeeping * Preparing meals * Grocery shopping * Transportation to and from appointments * Dementia care Required Qualifications * Reliable personal vehicle with guaranteed daily access, valid driver's license, and current insurance * CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain before start date) * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely without assistance * Willingness to travel within all of Howard County * Must pass criminal background check * Negative tuberculosis test (PPD) * Comfortable providing personal care including toileting and incontinence care Preferred Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * 1+ year of caregiving experience (paid or unpaid) * CNA certification or home care experience * Experience working with clients who have dementia or Alzheimer's disease * Comfort working independently in client homes About Griswold Home Care "Live assured" means enjoying the independence you desire while having the peace of mind you deserve.
