Position Overview:
Provides day-to-day supervision, guidance and direction to the credentialing processing team. Oversees processing, monitoring/managing the inquiry queue and updating database with expirable documents and web crawler responses. Facilitates and oversees all committees.

EDUCATION:
HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience.
Experience running credentialing committees preferred
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
+ Knowledge of credentialing principals, particularly those associated with hospitals, foundations and insurance organizations.
+ Knowledge and deep understanding of compliance within the scope of credentialing & enrollment
+ Familiarity with credentialing committees/ regulations relating to acute and non-acute facilities.
+ Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to influence others to move in a desired common direction.
+ Listening skills and ability to coach employees to achieve positive behavioral changes.
+ Proficient in Smartsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and credentialing verification systems and applications.
+ Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and working with multiple customers.

Pay Range is $43.34 to $65.00 / hour
