Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) Talent Acquisition Team requires: Our Sales Enablement team is growing, and we are looking for an individual who wants to be part of its ever-evolving technology footprint. This position will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining sales content to enable positive client perception and engagement. Other duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and metrics to identify best practices. As a Content Strategist, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. This position will oversee marketing and sales content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. Position Responsibilities: • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout • Collaborate with Practice and Sales Leadership to develop customized content for internal and external usage • Create customer success stories leveraging key data points through Practice and Sales Leadership engagement • Create and publish engaging content • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts • Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection) • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention The Ideal Candidate would have the following: • 3+ years of technology experience • Desire to foster relationships • Working and/or understanding of technology trends Qualifications: • Proven work experience as a Content Strategist • Portfolio of work samples • Professional with demonstrable creative writing skills • Expert in content optimization and brand consistency • Hands on experience with MS Office Excellent writing skills in English • Attention to detail • Good organizational and time-management skills • BS degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field This description is not intended to be a complete statement of the position, but rather to act as a guide to the general work to be performed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58300.00 - $87500.00/yr.

We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.

Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
