Role: Lead Business Systems Analyst

Project: Fleet Order Management and CRM System

What You’ll Work On

+ Lead business systems analysis for a Fleet Order Management and CRM digital transformation initiative.

+ Gather and refine complex requirements across enterprise systems using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams through workshops, process mapping, and clear communication.

+ Support project execution and testing, including backlog prioritization, test case creation, and occasional project coordination.

+ Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio to manage deliverables and documentation.

Required Skills

+ Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Agile, Waterfall, Business Process, Reporting, SQL, User Stories, Workflow Analysis.

+ Hands-on experience with consumer-facing websites or digital platforms involving complex data, transactions, and integrations.

+ Strong experience with Agile & Waterfall delivery models.

+ Workshop facilitation (JAD sessions, empathy mapping), data analysis, and process improvement.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.

+ Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work independently with minimal oversight.

+ Technical experience to understand complex requirements and project benefits.

Preferred

+ Industry experience in automotive or similar complex transactional environments.

+ Familiarity with lead management, sales processes, financing, CRMs, and customer/dealer interaction models.

+ Experience with JIRA/Confluence for managing artifacts, user stories, and test cases.

+ Ability to act as Scrum Master when needed.

Education

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Torrance, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $56.50/hr.
