• Customer Service Representative

    TEKsystems (Delavan, WI)


    The Customer Service Representative will support sales by providing exceptional customer care and sales support. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Managing internal activities and external customer expectations to ensure superior service.

    + Handling order entry via phone and email.

    + Working extensively in Salesforce and SAP systems.

    + Providing solutions to drive sales growth and minimize errors during peak season.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience with SAP or ERP systems

    + Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools

    Work Environment

    + Initial onsite training for 2–4 weeks.

    + Hybrid schedule: Mon/Tues/Thu onsite, Wed/Fri remote.

    + Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

    + Indefinite contract with potential for permanent hire.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delavan, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
