    Job Summary

    We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Business Intelligence Manager to lead our data initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and a strong background as a Reporting Specialist. You will be instrumental in transforming data into critical business insights and leading a team of talented analysts.

    In this role, you will:

    • Team Leadership & Strategy: Manage, mentor, and grow the data analytics team; define the strategic data roadmap to align with business goals.

    • Power Platform Development: Oversee the development, deployment, and governance of solutions using:

    • PowerApps: Build and manage sophisticated business applications (Canvas and Model-Driven).

    • Power Automate: Design and implement complex automated workflows and processes.

    • Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI): Direct the creation, maintenance, and optimization of high-impact reports and data models using Power BI.

    • Data Quality & Governance: Establish and enforce standards for data integrity, security, and visualization best practices.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business leaders to gather requirements and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions.

    What you need to have to be considered

    • Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).

    • Strong background as a Reporting Specialist, including complex data modeling and visualization design.

    • Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

    • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of experience managing or leading technical teams.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The hourly salary for this position is between $[95,500-109,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
