Charger Water Treatment Products is excited to announce an opening for a Warehouse Manager at our Poland, OH facility! In this critical role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring streamlined processes for receiving, storing, and distributing our high-quality water treatment products. You will lead a team of dedicated warehouse staff, driving performance while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping operations.

+ Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular counts and audits, optimizing stock availability.

+ Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.

+ Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.

+ Work collaboratively with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.

+ Analyze warehouse metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

+ Handle logistics for delivery and pickup of products, occasionally driving company vehicles as needed.

+ Assemble our water treatment products, and help with general warehouse duties.

Requirements

+ Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role.

+ Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.

+ Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

+ Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and software.

+ Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

+ Must possess a valid forklift certification, preferred

+ Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.

+ Safely drive and operate our 20' box truck, For F750, and Ram Transit Van

+ Monday - Friday, Fulltime.
