As an Workflow Specialist - ISC Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and managing workflow processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, project management capabilities, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess a strong understanding of workflow systems and technologies
In this role, you will impact the Integrated Supply Chain organization by supporting a comprehensive data strategy, utilizing advanced analytics, collaborating with various teams, implementing technology, driving continuous improvement, and managing risks.
Key Responsibilities
+ 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday. Some Saturday's may be needed 6:00am-2:00pm.
+ Analyze current workflow processes and identify areas for improvement.
+ Design and implement effective workflow solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for workflow processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Provide training and support to staff on new workflows and related technologies.
+ Troubleshoot workflow-related issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
+ Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of workflow initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 5 years of experience in data analytics
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
+ Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
WE VALUE
+ Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.)
+ Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence and coach others
+ Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable business results
+ Experience in supply chain analytics or related field
+ Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.)
+ Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
