Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Rapid Mission Integration & Interoperability Department (MX), Model Based Engineering & Analysis Division (MXM), Mission Integration Branch (MXML) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will support the Naval Integrated Fire Control From the Sea (NIFC-FTS) program by applying mission and systems Test and Evaluation expertise to guide program office integration priorities and ensure alignment with fleet capability needs. You will analyze mission requirements, evaluate integration challenges, synthesize information from various sources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will evaluate integration issues within the NIFC-FTS kill chain and identify mission-level needs and relate them to fleet capability gaps. You will review intelligence reports, war-game summaries, and program updates. You will collaborate with program offices, fleet representatives, and requirements officers. You will maintain up-to-date records of program information and create high-level overviews (OV1s). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04(GS-11/12 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing administrative oversight and analysis supporting the Test and Evaluation of integrated electronic fire control systems, maintaining alignment with program mission requirements and capabilities.
