Summary You will serve as a Customer Advocate (CA) Analyst in the Office of Customer Advocacy (0CA) of CARDEROCK DIV NS. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will be responsible for day-to-day coordination with their CA defining customer needs, ensuring customer requirements are adequately captured in planning and execution documents. You will analyze and evaluate tasking and overall financial management and engagement across their customer areas. You will prepare the appropriate and necessary documentation required for special projects. You will conduct studies assuring adequate correlation of data, integration of all pertinent considerations, and substantiation of conclusions. You will prepare charts, slides, graphs, summaries, and other narrative and statistical data for presentation and presents material as required. You will provide financial analytic management over multi-million-dollar programming, planning, and execution of sponsor program funds for Command. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating financial management programs/projects; presenting written and oral reports, presenting briefs to various levels of customers, analyzing financial data for fiscal management and conformance to policy and statute; and analyzing data to recommend existing or new techniques to improve management of systems/programs or resolve problems.
