    What you'll bring to the team

     

    As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll help create a great first impression for every guest. You’ll support daily Admissions operations and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. You’ll also help guide and encourage our front-line team so they can deliver warm, memorable service. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping a team shine, this role offers plenty of opportunities to create positive moments for guests and coworkers alike! ✨

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support daily Admissions operations to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience.

    + Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable first impressions.

    + Manage queues and guest flow to keep the fun moving safely and efficiently.

    + Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards while maintaining a spotless, welcoming environment.

    + Jump in where needed — from ticketing to troubleshooting — to keep operations seamless and guests smiling.

    + Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively.

    + Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team engagement.

    + Perform other duties as needed to help create magical experiences for every visitor.

    Education & Experience:

    + 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

    + 🎢 Minimum of six months in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service.

    + 💪 Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

    + 🌟 Passion for fun, with a talent for creating memorable moments for children and families.

    + 🧠 Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to daily operations.

    + 🗣️ Excellent communication, teamwork, and motivational skills with an outgoing, guest-first attitude.
