Job Summary:
The **Securitized Products Group (SPG)** structures and underwrites loan facilities and securities backed by ABS, Trade Receivables, and CLOs. The **Portfolio Management Analyst** will join SPG’s Portfolio Management team, working closely with deal teams and internal support groups to ensure portfolio operations, risk controls, and performance are effectively managed and communicated. This role focuses on monitoring and analyzing ABS transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to identifying issues, asking critical questions, and delivering solutions.
Responsibilities:
+ Monitor ABS portfolio performance, analyze servicer reports, and identify trends or anomalies.
+ Review transaction documentation, monitor covenant compliance, maintain robust portfolio controls, and support regulatory reporting.
+ Validate portfolio data, prepare performance dashboards, and develop forecasting models to anticipate portfolio trends.
+ Prepare daily and weekly portfolio reports, ensuring data accuracy and clear presentation.
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes through simplification, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
+ Support SPG management on strategic and platform priorities, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution on projects
+ Collaborate with deal teams and internal groups (Middle/Back Office, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, Finance) to achieve business objectives and resolve portfolio challenges
+ Assist with coordination across stakeholders and provide support to the wider SPG team as needed.

Qualifications:
+ Experience: 1–3 years in financial services with exposure to capital markets, banks, broker-dealers, securitized transactions, and structured products.
+ Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power Query and/or VBA strongly preferred.
+ Data Analysis & Management: Ability to manage large datasets, perform detailed analysis, and ensure data integrity across systems.
+ Analytical Ability: Strong financial and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data-driven insights.
+ Process & Risk Insight: Ability to evaluate business processes and products to identify risks, improve efficiency, and deliver strategic and tactical solutions.
+ Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and time management; capable of prioritizing multiple deliverables and meeting deadlines under pressure.
+ Communication & Problem Solving: Strong investigative and communication skills; structured approach to problem-solving with consistent high-quality output.
+ Professional Attributes: Energetic, motivated self-starter with intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and discretion; takes ownership and accountability for results.
+ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or Risk Management.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with ABS securitization platforms (Bloomberg, Intex, Moody’s).
+ Programming skills (Python, SQL) for data automation and efficiency improvements.
+ Familiarity with AI/ML applications for portfolio optimization, predictive analytics, and process automation.
+ Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $80K - $101K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
