    As a member of our team of Customer Service Representatives, you will feel like you’re a part of something bigger than yourself. Our Customer Service team works together towards a common goal, connecting with our fellow community members to solve problems and provide best in class environmental services. This position is at our Iowa Park, Texas location and expected hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes

    + Demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.

    + Thrive in a fast paced, cooperative, high call volume environment, promoting and upselling additional services when appropriate.

    + Use our customer relationship software while on the phone to complete service-related documentation, including service agreements, new services, discontinuation of services, or changes in service.

    + Provide exceptional customer service that fosters positive relationships and supports company reputation.

    + Assist customers in navigating through a variety of our customer self service portals

    WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

    + Work environment is an office setting. Areas are clean, ventilated, and well-lighted. Our Customer Service Reps normally have their own workstation or cubicle space and are equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer.

    + The role may involve repetitive tasks and managing back-to-back calls in a high-stress, noisy environment while maintaining service excellence.

    + Prolonged periods of sitting, typing and looking at computer screens.

    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    + 1 year customer service experience in a call center or other high call volume atmosphere

    + Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred. Typing and 10-key skills are required.

    + Excellent organization and communication skills.

    + Ability to analyze and solve problems. Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

    + Bilingual preferred
