    Job Info:

    + Employment Type: Full-Time

    + Location: 6300 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018

    + Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with occasional summer Saturdays

    + Salary: $18/hr

    What You’ll Do:

    + Deliver outstanding support by handling inbound/outbound calls, and emails with professionalism

    + Work directly with customers to finalize contracts and collect important project information

    + Keep customers informed throughout their project journey and help resolve any questions or concerns

    + Maintain accurate, organized customer profiles and handle document scanning/updates

    + Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments to keep our operations running smoothly

    + Manage spreadsheets, track information, and assist with important administrative projects

    + Provide reliable backup support to our operation team and contribute to a positive, efficient office environment

    What We’re Looking For:

    + A friendly, professional demeanor

    + Strong communication skills with a knack for active listening

    + 2+ years in customer service

    + Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

    + Bilingual in Spanish and English
