Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a service technician to join an intelligent building solutions company that have helped customers, including small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, operate their buildings more efficiently for over 40 years.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions to increasingly complex system problems and lead others on how to resolve

problems.

• Perform system maintenance on field controllers, servers and workstations and field hardware.

• Communicate issues and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and/or repairs.

• Review and provide feedback of equipment to include scheduling and/or modifications needed.

• Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Automation

• Experience troubleshooting HVAC or building automation systems

• Has navigated and integrated into a variety of building automation systems
