Job Description
As Business Development Manager – Energy, you’re the connector. You build relationships with customers and distributors across North America and turn opportunities into growth.
You spot trends, scout new prospects, and translate customer needs into smart, scalable solutions. You lead commercial campaigns, set up technical trainings, and introduce new products to the market. You know how to get buy-in—both externally and internally—and you never lose sight of the bigger picture.
You collaborate closely with colleagues across departments. Together, you align business development, sales strategy, innovation, and product positioning. You stay ahead of the competition and help shape the future of our energy offering.

Skills and Requirements
What You Bring
A degree in (bio)chemistry, engineering, business—or similar
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial or technical environment (preferably lubricants or energy-related)
Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international context
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
A commercial mindset and deep customer focus
Strategic thinking combined with initiative and independence
Results-driven and ready to take ownershi
