Program Coordinator
Hourly Rate: $23.00 per hour + $5,000 Annual Bonus Potential

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of periodic services and staff while promoting personal growth and independence for service recipients. This role is ideal for a compassionate leader with experience in CAP/MHDD waiver programs and a commitment to quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensure personal growth and independence of service recipients through staff training and support
+ Respond to needs of service recipients, families, and program staff
+ Organize and coordinate staff resources effectively
+ Assure quality and timeliness of all documentation
+ Document hiring and training activities per federal, state, and local requirements
+ Maintain compliance with mandated training requirements
+ Communicate professionally with service recipients, families, and agency stakeholders
+ Advocate for service recipients in all situations
+ Promote agency growth through quality services and sound fiscal management
+ Interview and hire eligible staff
+ Purchase and allocate resources within budgetary guidelines
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field with 2 years of post-graduate experience under supervision of a credentialed QP
+ Credentialed as a Qualified Professional (QP)
+ Experience in CAP/MHDD waiver programs, including consumer and staff supervision
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Proficiency in English required
