    + Perform a wide variety of tasks to assist in set-up, run and tear down of furnaces.

    + Identify material coming out of molds.

    + Load, operate and unload anneal furnaces.

    + Transport and ship electrodes.

    + Build, rebuild and repair Ladles, Launder Boxes and Stopper Rod Assemblies

    + Operate jib hoist and the 5 ton crane

    + Operate launder box drier and stopper rod drier.

    + Maintain logs and records.

    + Can up weighed out heats in correct sequence.

    + Follow prescribed safety regulations.

    + Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

    NON-ESSENTIAL TASKS:

    + Assist raw materials, maintenance, remelt, etc., and other duties as assigned.
