    **Sodexo** is seeking a **Food Operations Manager 2** to oversee food service operations at **Lehigh Valley Hospital – Schuylkill South** in **Pottsville, PA** . This role is responsible for department financials and daily operations across patient services, retail café, culinary production, and catering.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
