    Summary:

    + The 340B Senior Financial Analyst supports the audit and compliance functions of the 340B program across UPHS 340B covered entities. This includes the audit and compliance functions of 340B contract pharmacy relationships to ensure compliance with HRSA regulations, manufacturer requirements, health system policies. Supports registration, participation, and data submissions of each contract pharmacy arrangement, ensuring that each partnership aligns with program requirements. Provides oversight of 340B compliance including conducting quality assurance audits for 340B processes and data systems, optimizing 340B reporting and audit processes, participating in creating and maintaining 340B policy and procedures, participating in external audits, maintaining knowledge of 340B laws and regulations, and developing and maintaining relationships with 340B stakeholders. The individual will lead work with third-party administrators (TPAs), external pharmacy partners, and internal departments (legal, finance, pharmacy, compliance) to manage daily operations and resolve any discrepancies.

    Responsibilities:

    + Supports Contract Pharmacy workflows including data management, opportunity analytics, and performance improvement initiatives

    + Routinely conducts quality assurance audits for the 340B software and databases including self-auditing as mandated by HRSA

    + Routinely conducts expansive internal audits for program compliance at all levels of the organization as mandated by HRSA

    + Assists with assessment of potential organizational impact of 340B changes to ensure 340B program is continuously compliant with federal and manufacturer regulations

    + Makes recommendations related to 340B policies and procedures whenever there is clarification to interpretation, or change in the rules, regulations, or guidelines to 340B requirements.

    + Shares expertise and provides training, education, and communication to staff and Program participants regarding 340B Program compliance

    + Establishes understanding and relationships with Finance and Information Services departments to monitor changes that could affect 340B qualification

    + Responsible for management and completion of special projects as assigned

    Credentials:

    Education or Equivalent Experience:

    + Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) with 5 years of audit and/or healthcare environment
