Sr Manager Marketing Excellence
The Senior Manager of Marketing Excellence is responsible for modernizing and improving the overall effectiveness of the US Marketing organization. A person in this role needs to demonstrate executive presence and the ability to influence, inspire, and orchestrate deliverables across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at fostering collaboration, building trusted relationships, and serving as a coach within the marketing organization.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Manager of Marketing Excellence, are to:
+ Annual Needs Assessment: Conducts a comprehensive assessment each year to identify the learning and development needs of the US Marketing organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving industry standards.
+ Objective Setting & Roadmap Creation: Develops clear learning and development objectives for the US organization and establishes a strategic roadmap, defining critical topic areas and program offerings to address both immediate and long-term capability gaps.
+ TB4L Initiative Collaboration: Partners closely with cross-functional teams on TB4L initiatives, contributing expertise and supporting the implementation of key talent-building programs across the organization.
+ Subject Matter Expertise & Mentorship: Serves as a subject matter expert across all brands, engaging directly in significant projects and initiatives to provide strategic guidance, hands-on coaching, and real-time mentorship for team members at all levels.
+ Training Program Administration: Oversees spending for classroom-style training initiatives, ensuring adherence to departmental budgets; sources or creates impactful training materials utilizing various formats and media to enhance learning outcomes.
+ Event Planning & Facilitation: Plans, organizes, and facilitates employee learning and development events, including managing logistics, ordering necessary materials, and ensuring a high-quality training experience W2ih support from the facilities and admin team.
+ Internal Learning Communication Strategy: Develops and executes a comprehensive communication plan for internal learning and development activities; maintains up-to-date information on platforms such as Teams and SharePoint and creates newsletters to keep all staff informed about upcoming training opportunities and resources.
+ Program Evaluation & Follow-Up: Conducts thorough follow-up studies and evaluations for all completed training initiatives to measure effectiveness, capture participant feedback, and assess impact on performance.
+ Continuous Improvement: Refines and optimizes training programs based on evaluation results and organizational feedback to ensure ongoing relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

+ Proven ability to solve complex problems and make impactful decisions under pressure.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present complex information to at all levels within the organization from entry to senior level leaders.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Preferred:
+ 8+ years of progressive experience in consumer goods and/or health care marketing.
+ Experience in Health Care Professional Marketing/or Innovation.
+ Experience in project management
+ Learning and development experience/Instructional design
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $149542.42 - 224313.62. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
