    Summary

    Delivers, sets up, operates and dismantles audio visual equipment for both our internal and external customers.

     

    This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows a hybrid schedule working at show-site as needed based out of Orlando, FL. This role will help cover special events for intermittent periods of time with scheduled hours fluctuating weekly.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    + Ensure all set-ups are according to the client’s expectations and that all inventory is in good working order and rental condition

    + Greet guests and clients before the event and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment

    + Identify opportunities to enhance the client's event

    + Continually work toward updating and improving technical skills in order to grow

    + Provide continued communication with clients to ensure success of all events

    + Follow through on all client requests to ensure satisfaction

     

    Education & Experience

     

    + Experience with Audio/Visual equipment required

    + Experience in the Audio Visual industry preferred

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required

    Travel Requirements

    Travel 25% to 50%
