Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM | 3 PM–11 PM

Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

Your Responsibilities

+ Provide direct nursing care in alignment with resident care plans

+ Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

+ Observe residents and report changes promptly

+ Maintain timely, accurate documentation

+ Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families

+ Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety

Qualifications

+ Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

+ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

+ Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, not required

+ Compassionate, reliable, and committed to teamwork
