+ Day Shift Schedule 5:00 am to 1:00 pm – Monday through Friday Only

+ Starting Pay Up To - $17.00/hr

We are seeking aCafé Associate – Lead Cookto support kitchen operations at a corporate dining account, preparing high-quality meals and ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in culinary excellence, and is committed to serving hardworking customers with consistency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and production schedules.

+ Serve meals or prepare food for delivery using correct portioning and quality standards.

+ Ensure all food is cooked, seasoned, and presented properly; taste food to verify quality.

+ Follow ticket and documentation procedures during service periods.

+ Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work areas, and storage spaces after preparation and serving.

+ Store or discard leftover food following safe food-handling procedures.

+ Maintain organized refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms with proper rotation and labeling.

+ Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and according to instructions.

+ Assist with production planning, inventory, ordering, receiving, and recordkeeping.

+ Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns immediately.

+ Attend safety, in-service, or required team meetings.

+ Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, administrators, managers, and guests.

+ Ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment.

+ Perform other duties as assigned to support the dining team.

General Requirements

+ Ability to lift 35 pounds or more repeatedly; frequent bending, reaching, and stooping required.

+ Must pass a pre-employment background check.

+ Must pass a drug screening.

+ Ability to follow workplace safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
