    Summary of the Job:

    This is an excellent opportunity leading a technology team as we modernize our core credit card systems and drive growth for FNBO. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of back-end mainframe systems but also strong in modern technologies such as Java, API development, and cloud enablement.

     

    The Delivery Manager is responsible and accountable for how our technology solutions are delivered and supported. They provide thought leadership, coaching and direction for all assigned staff and establish/enforce standards and best practices for the technologies and applications their teams develop and support.

    About This Role:

    _Key Accountabilities_

    + Lead, manage and grow assigned team of up to 10 direct reports

    + Build and maintain Stakeholder business and technology relationships

    + Collaborate with leaders across IT and the Business to develop strategies that are aligned to our Strategic Imperatives

    + Assist with the creation of roadmaps for applications and technical functions, which may include application ownership

    + Collaborates and partners with aligned business leaders to manage portfolios of work

    + Identifies and resolves dependencies related to technology discipline

    + Act as technical lead and escalation point for technical teams, internal/external customers, and vendors

    + Continually improve teams through attracting, retaining, developing, & organizing our talent and capabilities

    + Provide status updates on delivery team’s work and escalates risks and works to remove blockers or impediments when identified

    + Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) governance

    + May support multiple teams

    The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

    _Require Skills/Experience_

    + Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent experience is required

    + Leadership aptitude required, excellent at coaching and mentoring others and driving team to reach goals

    + Leadership experience in their technical discipline preferred, could be a Technical Lead, Technical Project Lead, or Team Lead type of experience (3-5 years)

    + Understanding and experience working in Agile environment and Kanban or Scrum framework (1-3 years)

    + Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and organizational skills

    + Continuous improvement and demonstrable experience of improving process and teams

    + Experience with large mainframe processing systems a plus, preferably credit card or financial processing

    + Onsite/Remote designation is at VP Application Development discretion

     

    Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

    Compensation:

    Compensation range (base pay): $112,366.00-$191,023.00

     

    _This role may have a specific starting pay within this range._

     

    Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
