    Job Summary:

    Trane Technologies is hiring a **Quality Intern** in Noblesville, Indiana. In this role, you will work with the Quality team to develop solutions for the Noblesville based manufacturing operations. This will be a hands-on role where you will assist with key processes related to quality in a manufacturing environment. This will be a fast-paced assignment, with many diverse objectives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with change, and will have a bias for driving objective/task completion.

    Responsibilities:

    + Resolution of manufacturing quality issues by utilization of structured problem- solving methodologies

    + Support of quality management system processes

    + Lead process improvement activities to improve cost of poor quality

    + Comply with all safety policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    + Junior level studies in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

    + Ability to adapt and respond quickly

    + Ability to Manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently

    + Microsoft Office knowledge required

    + Motivated to learn new information and skills

    + U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

    Base Pay Range: $
