Description

Produce Quality Control and Assurance (QCA) Associate (Warehouse) – Full-Time Location: Brewster, NY Pay: $18 - 20/hour

What You'll Do

+ Inspect inbound produce for quality, temperature, and packaging compliance

+ Conduct routine quality checks and audits on in-stock produce

+ Document findings and input data into internal tracking systems or WMS

+ Identify and flag spoiled or aging items for removal or repack

+ Ensure FIFO rotation and monitor cold storage conditions

What We’re Looking For

+ 1+ year of produce handling or quality inspection experience preferred

+ Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, FIFO, or other food safety standards a plus

+ Comfortable working in cold storage and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

+ Basic math skills and ability to read/write in English

+ Prior warehouse experience and WMS knowledge is helpful
