Job Title: Delegated Payer Enrollment Data Administrator/Analyst
+ Monday - Friday
+ 8am - 4pm
Position Summary
The Delegated Payer Enrollment Data Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing provider enrollment data under delegated payer agreements. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance with payer and NCQA standards, and supports seamless integration, reporting, and audit readiness. The position plays a key role in streamlining processes, improving data workflows, and enabling timely reimbursement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage and maintain delegated enrollment rosters in alignment with payer contracts and NCQA requirements.
+ Analyze and reconcile enrollment data across internal systems and payer records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
+ Design, optimize, and implement processes for data collection, transformation, reporting, and integration.
+ Develop and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for internal stakeholders and payers (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
+ Collaborate with Medical Staff Office, Payer Enrollment, IT, and Revenue Cycle teams to enhance system interoperability.
+ Support payer audits by preparing documentation, responding to data requests, and ensuring compliance.
+ Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline delegated enrollment workflows.
+ Serve as a primary liaison with payer representatives to resolve enrollment and data discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
+ 2–4 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or payer data analytics.
+ Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL, Power BI, Access, and Alteryx.
+ Experience managing large data sets and performing advanced data manipulation.
+ Familiarity with enrollment systems (e.g., Verity Credential Stream, PECOS, CAQH) and EHR platforms (e.g., Epic).
+ Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with delegated payer agreements and NCQA audit standards.
+ Familiarity with payer portals (e.g., Availity, NaviNet).
