    Publicis Health uses data-driven insights to generate innovative strategic recommendations to help our pharmaceutical clients navigate today’s complex and dynamic managed care marketplace. By harnessing existing data sets and utilizing advanced analytics to extract insights into Publicis Health behavior, we support our clients’ pricing, contracting, and market access strategies and develop creative and impactful ways to communicate the value of their products to reimbursement stakeholders. Our goal is to enable our clients to target and optimize interactions with reimbursement stakeholders and maximize their commercial success through optimal coverage. Our evidence-based, analytics-driven approach to address challenges combines our considerable expertise in data analytics and insight into pricing and market access to deliver wide-ranging research, analysis, insight generation, and strategic reporting.

    Overview

    + Position is full-time (freelancers need not apply)

    + On-site at our office in Morristown, NJ

    Responsibilities

    + Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes

    + Ingest and integrate claims, coverage, SP/HUB, contracting, and other vendor data sets

    + Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance

    + Document data schemas, transformations, and workflows

    + Partner with Analysts and Strategists to meet business needs for data access

    + Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in version control, testing, and automation

    Qualifications

    + 4 – 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in the pharma/biotech industry

    + Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, cloud platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure), ETL/ELT tools, APIs, and Git

    + Strong background in healthcare or pharma data pipelines strongly preferred

    Skills:

    + Experience in building relational databases, large-scale data processing, and governance

    + Proven experience with pharma data sources (IQVIA Plantrak, MMIT, Clarivate, affiliations data, amongst others) and compliance requirements

    + Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues including highlighting risks and data limitations

    + Works closely with product and analytics teams to align data readiness with business priorities

    Compensation Range: $72,390-$137,195 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
