    **Schedule –** Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

    **What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible for the management of assigned residential living dorms, which include a safe and homelike atmosphere, dormitory and maintenance, social skills, dorm culture, and student leadership.

    Essential functions:

    + Monitor and control dormitory conditions; evaluate situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations to management.

    + Perform administrative duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, negative incident reports, emergencies, and terminations.

    + Provide proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program.

    + Direct dorm activities as designated.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience working with youth. Supervisory experience preferred.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required

    + Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
