Position Summary:

Assists the Divisional Director with the responsibility and accountability for the management of the department. Directs and coordinates activities in the office, including patient registration, cashiering, medical records, billing, coding, AR collection and other assigned areas related to job skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Training and Experience:

+ One to three years commensurate in general office capacity is preferred. Medical background is preferred.

+ Must be professional and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Knowledge:

General knowledge of medical business office practices. Strong communication skills. Basic understanding of business application software. Must be able to prioritize. Ability to maintain calm temperament under stressful conditions. Good math skills, deductive reasoning and general office machine operations required.
