The position also includes leadership of the MSU/Corewell Health summer undergraduate research internship program, providing mentoring, training coordination, and administrative oversight for student researchers. This is a collaborative academic position with authorship opportunities, professional development, and active engagement in high-impact pediatric research.

    • Oversee regulatory and compliance activities, including IRB submissions and data use agreements.

    • Manage logistics and serve as point of contact for the summer undergraduate research internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and mentoring support.

    • Prepare presentation materials and coordinate team meetings, workshops, and seminars.

    • Candidates with postgraduate education are preferred

This position also requires demonstrated knowledge of statistical programing (R, SAS, or Python).

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience with clinical and omics datasets (metabolomics, lipidomics, or genomics).

    • Familiarity with REDCap, NIH data management requirements, and human subjects research procedures.

    • Prior experience in manuscript preparation, grant writing, or academic publishing.

    • Interest or background in pediatric nutrition, liver disease, metabolic health, or obesity research.
