**Job Title:** Production Operator I / Production Associate I

**Location:** Shepherdsville, KY

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

**Pay:** $17/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator I / Production Associate I to join our team in Shepherdsville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for the refurbishment and servicing of medical grade shipping containers. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

+ Refurbish and service medical grade shipping containers as per standard operating procedures.

+ Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and safety policies.

+ Assist the Services Lead with training and onboarding new associates.

+ Maintain flexibility to be cross-trained and work in multiple departments.

+ Rotate between departments based on business needs.

+ Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.

Requirements:

+ Must own and wear steel toed boots.

+ Demonstrated history of strong attendance and reliability.

+ Ability to be trained across all departments.

+ Willingness to work in a team-oriented, production environment.

+ Must be able to follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Benefits:
