    OLH Technical Services** , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a candidate to fill a **Senior Program Manager** role in **Orange Park, FL.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the Contracted effort.

    + Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.

    + Oversee contractor execution of the contract requirements.

    + Manage acquisition and employment of program and project resources.

    Position Requirements:

    + **_US Citizen._**

    + **_Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance are preferred._**

    + MA/MS degree in a Business or other relevant Business-Related Discipline.

    + Ten (10) years’ experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.

    + Three (3) years of experience in SAP/Navy ERP.

    + Knowledgeable of acquisition policies and procedures.

    + Knowledge of and experience with the requirements of the DOD 5000 series.

    + Ability to work with large and diverse teams.

    + Ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
