Job Summary: Western Region Project Manager
The Western Region Project Manager is responsible for overseeing security operations across Agilent’s Western Region locations (Including California and Mexico). This role ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, serves as a liaison between Securitas and client leadership, and provides strategic oversight for operational performance. Key responsibilities include managing personnel and resources, conducting site assessments, conducting and assisting with risk assessments and managing both site and region-specific budgets. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in security operations management and/or finance and budget management.
Key Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Security Administration, Finance or related field)
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to meet state licensing requirements
+ Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience in operations
+ Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC), compliance monitoring, and mass communication tools
+ Strong organizational, financial forecasting, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Experience:
+ Access control systems
+ Developing security processes and training programs
+ Managing multiple facilities within a region
+ Finance, Invoicing, Budgeting and Purchase Order experience
