    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform maintenance and repairs on aggregate processing equipment

    + Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance

    + Utilize tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate maintenance records

    + Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and support production goals

    What Are We Looking For

    + Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

    + Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company standards

    + Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

    + Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
