The Global Portfolio Strategy Team at Hologic is all about bringing the next big innovations to patient care—whether it’s developing new products, mapping out strategic roadmaps, or launching solutions worldwide. As a Summer Intern, you’ll get the chance to work side-by-side with talented Product Managers and dive into projects that truly matter. If you’re excited to be at the heart of healthcare innovation, we’d love to meet you!

    What you’ll be up to during your 10-12 week adventure:

    + Team up with Product Managers to help develop strategy for Hologic’s next mammography platform (yes, you get to help shape the future of screening technology!).

    + Get hands-on experience with real projects that impact patient care across the globe.

    + Support strategic roadmap creation and global launch planning.

    + Learn from the best—work alongside experienced professionals in product management and innovation.

    + Share your energy, ideas, and passion with a team that values your perspective.

    Who we’re hoping to meet:

    + You can work full-time during the summer (May-August).

    + You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with at least one semester left after the internship.

    + You’re heading into your senior year, or you’re a Graduate/MBA student.

    + Your major is in Business or Engineering (or something similar).

    + You know your way around MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    + You’re a clear communicator—whether you’re talking, writing, or presenting.

    + You’re curious, proactive, and love solving problems.

    + You’re passionate about making a difference in healthcare.

    Location, pay & other important details:

    + You can work onsite at our Newark, DE campus. **Heads up:** intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends aren’t provided, so you’ll need to have your living situation and transportation sorted out.

    + Pay range: $22 - $28 per hour, based on your class standing and operational function.
