    Do you love turning complex data into easy-to-understand stories? The Business Operations & Transformation team at Hologic is on a mission to drive clarity, alignment, and operational excellence across our Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions division. As our **Business Operations Analyst Co-op** , you’ll help build the dashboards, automation, and data flows that keep our leadership in the loop and our projects running smoothly. If you’re passionate about business analytics and want to see your work make a real impact, this is your chance!

    What you’ll be up to during your 6-month adventure:

    + Help design and build automated dashboards and reporting tools using PowerBI, Smartsheet, and other cool tech.

    + Work with data from multiple sources to create a unified “source of truth” for projects, resources, and risks.

    + Turn raw numbers into meaningful insights and visual stories for leaders at every level (no magic wand required).

    + Map out data flows, build automations, and develop logic for portfolio management.

    + Test, tweak, and refine your creations—because good data is never afraid of a makeover.

    Who we’re hoping to meet:

    + You can work full-time during the co-op term (July – December).

    + You’re currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program with at least one semester left after the co-op.

    + Your major is in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or something similar.

    + You know your way around MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and can wrangle large data sets.

    + You’re comfortable learning new systems and tools—curiosity is basically your middle name.

    + You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love solving problems.

    + You can explain complicated ideas in simple terms, whether you’re presenting or writing.

    + Experience with PowerBI, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Power Platform is a big plus (bonus points for dashboard bragging rights!).

    + You understand database concepts and have a knack for automation workflows.

    + You’re ready to bring fresh ideas and a collaborative spirit to our team.

    Location, pay & other important details:

    + You can work onsite at our Marlborough, MA campus. **Heads up:** intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends aren’t provided, so you’ll need to have your living situation and transportation sorted out.

    + Pay range: $30 - $35 per hour, based on your class standing and operational function.
